  • Red Light Therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin and stimulate your cells at a deeper level. This process, known as photobiomodulation, enhances cellular energy production, reduces inflammation, and promotes tissue repair.

    The light is absorbed by your mitochondria (the energy centers of your cells), boosting ATP production - your body’s natural fuel source. This helps to:

    • Speed up healing and recovery for muscles, joints, and injuries.

    • Reduce inflammation and pain by improving circulation and cell function.

    • Stimulate collagen production which supports skin health (reducing wrinkles, and improving elasticity) and connective tissue health (enhancing joint, tendon, and ligament strength, cartilage repair, and overall mobility).

    • Enhance overall well-being by supporting cellular regeneration and energy levels.

  • No, Red Light Therapy does not contain UV rays and does not cause sunburn or skin damage. Unlike tanning beds or sunlight, red and near-infrared light are in a completely different part of the spectrum, focusing on healing and cellular regeneration rather than producing melanin.

  • Each session is 15-20 minutes. It is recommended to start with 2 to 3 sessions per week, but the frequency can be adjusted based on progress and treatment goals.

  • The number of sessions required can vary based on individual goals and conditions being treated. Many clients start to notice improvements after 3 to 4 sessions, but for optimal results, a course of treatment typically involves 10 to 20 sessions, depending on your specific needs.

  • Wear as little as you feel comfortable in. Most people choose to wear nothing to ensure maximum light exposure, but the choice is entirely yours. Our therapy room is private and designed for your comfort.

  • Simply lie down, relax, and let the red light do its work. You can:

    • Focus on your breath – Deep breathing increases oxygenation, circulation, and relaxation.

    • Clear your mind – Meditate, practice mindfulness, or just unwind.

    Red Light Therapy is a restorative experience, so take this time to recharge.

  • It feels like basking in the sun on a warm day. The heat can build up over the session, sometimes causing a light sweating.

  • Red Light Therapy is generally safe for most individuals. However, individuals who have any of the following should avoid Red Light Therapy:

    • Active skin infections, skin cancer, or tumors

    • Photosensitivity or medications that increase sensitivity (e.g., certain antibiotics, acne treatments, or chemotherapy drugs)

    • Implanted electronic devices (e.g., pacemakers)

    • History of skin cancer or current cancer treatment

    • Epilepsy

    • Pregnancy or breast feeding

  • Yes, Red Light Therapy is only available to individuals aged 15 and older.

Late Cancellation, Rescheduling, and
No-Show Policy

Rescheduling or canceling your appointment is easy;

Find your appointment email confirmation and click the link to cancel appointment.

We kindly ask for at least 6 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less tham 6 hours notice is given, or you do not attend your appointment, a $20 fee will apply.

This policy helps us accommodate other clients and ensures smooth scheduling for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

Package Terms

  • Payments: Packages are paid upfront and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • No Expiry: Packages have no expiration date, so you can use your sessions at your own pace.

  • Booking & Rescheduling: Sessions can be booked online by choosing the Rebook (Prepaid) appointment type. Rescheduling and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy above.

Membership Terms

  • Payments: Membership fees are $120 per week and are direct debited weekly or fortnightly.

  • Inclusions: Each membership includes 3 sessions per week, with additional sessions available for $30 each.

  • Cancellations: Memberships can be canceled with 4 weeks’ written notice via email.

  • Pausing Memberships: Members may pause their membership for up to 6 weeks per calendar year for travel, illness, or personal reasons. Requests must be made in writing via email.

  • Non-Transferable: Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
